Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
Order booked once, cannot be cancelled, unless cancelled within, One (1) hour of receipt of an order. No cancellations beyond the stipulated period of One hour shall be allowed. No amount shall be refunded. In such cases, if One Hour have elapsed from the date of the Order of Booking; full amount paid by the Customer will be deemed forfeited.
Return Policy
Orders can be cancelled before delivery by contacting our customer support or through your website dashboard. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation or return has been confirmed. If the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after inspection. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

I. Eligibility of Return
- Damaged: If the product is received in a damaged condition beyond repair.
- Difference: If the item delivered is different from what was originally ordered (wrong SKU).
II. Not Eligible for Return
- Relocation damage due to dismantling and reassembly.
- Self-assembly or third-party installation damages.
III. Process and Timelines
- Step 1: Make a video during delivery:
- Company Installed: Video must include the Lagro technician and show the damage/difference.
- DIY: Video of unboxing and assembly pointing out any issues.
- Step 2: Submit video/images and invoice to customersupport@Lagro.in or call +91 9778541486.
IV. Evaluate and Pick-Up
Once a return ticket is created, it will be evaluated within 7 working days. Based on this, a technician may inspect the item. Only unused products in original packaging will be accepted. Returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address. Return approvals are at the sole discretion of Lagro Industries Ltd.
Other Exclusions
- Material Characteristics: Natural variations in wood and leather (color, grain, texture, wrinkles, etc.) are expected and not defects.
- Size Tolerance: All dimensions may vary by ±10mm. Variations in softness/hardness are natural and not considered defects.
All recommendations about installation or use are provided without liability. Customer fully agrees to the terms of Sale, Warranty & Return Policy.
For special-order products, no return/refund is possible unless informed at purchase.
